Request: Cell Phone… Any brand or type… (Virginia Beach) 1h - I’m looking for a free cell phone for a good friend of mine that can’t afford anything else right now. I don’t know which one he has now but any brand that he could get up & running would be really appreciated. The one he has now sometimes does not ring when someone’s calling him, at other times it mutes the call on him, it’s just been doing weird things for awhile now. Request: Racquetball racquets and balls (Manassas city) 4h - My husband and I would like to try racquetball at the local gym, hoping to get equipment on here in case we don't like it we won't be out a lot of money. Free: Climbing shell (Locust Ave) 6h - This is old and needs some repairs. Some of the bottom poles and rusted and detached. This was left at our house from the previous owners. You would need to remove this piece of equipment from the backyard of the house.

Free: Old hammock (Locust Ave) 6h - This was left at our house from the previous owners. Looks to be in ok condition. The ropes are dirty and need a good cleaning. I don’t see any broken ropes. You would need to remove this piece of equipment from the backyard of the house. Leave the metal hooks and chain in the tree.

Free: RV couch/futon (Clifton VA) 7h - 5’ x 3.5’ beige, suede, couch that unfolds to futon. Used minimally before replacing with recliners. Free: Various amps and musical equipment (Avon st, Charlottesville) Promised 8h - PA system, guitar amp, bass amp, mic stand, they all worked the last time we used them, dirty from basement storage.

Free: moringa leaf powder - near full bag (Charlottesville, Near Pen Park) Promised 9h - crosss posted I have a full bag of moringa leaf powder for anyone who's interested in it. It does not expire until July 2025 I purchased moringa leaf powder in April of 2024. I have thyroid disease and I thought it might help. Apparently if you are on thyroid medicine the moringa interferes and interrupts the way the medicine works. So if you are on thyroid medicine this will not work for you. I don't want to waste it. I am hoping it will help someone else.
