perennial plants (Dubuque) 2d - *Violets--violet/blue color; spreads happily, but not wildly; blooms in May. *Lily-of-the-valley--low-growing groundcover with small wands of fragrant white bells bloom in May. Likes shade, spreads readily. *Snowball bush (hydrangea)--grows into a bush covered with soft-ball sized clusters of small white blooms. An old-fashioned staple. Needs room to spread a bit. Pleasant all year. Glorious in bloom. *Garden phlox--old-fashioned thigh-high perennial with clusters of pink, rose, or white blooms in July. You're welcome to any, some, or all.

German ivy, jade, kalanchoe (Dubuque) 2d - Plants for window, porch, or deck. Like partial shade during the summer. Need to come in for Iowa winter. *Kalanchoe produces a lovely cluster of coral blossoms (which I can show you) if you leave in same pot. *Jade plant has pointed leaves. Withstands some neglect fairly well. Will produce white bloom. *German ivy climbs and wanders nicely. Doesn't want too much sun, too little water. Tiny yellow blooms. A bunch of Plastic holders w. lids (Des Moines, west side) 4d - As you can see from the pics I have a bunch of plastic holders with lids, clean from nonsmoking home, which someone might find of use. I'd love to give them away [all or only some] before I need to put them in the landfill. The tall thin one in the last photo is especially useful for holding pencils and long thing things and some of them are really sturdy and very useful.

box for antique quilt wedding gift (Dubuque) 44d - I'm giving an antique quilt to give to my niece--the oldest great-great granddaughter of the woman who pieced the quilt--for her wedding this summer. 15" x 18" x 4" are the dimensions of the folded quilt. Something slightly bigger would be fine. If anyone has a right-sized box in good condition, it would be much appreciated.
