- Two offcuts of newly-laid good quality carpet. The colour is a soft mid green. The larger piece is one L-shaped piece, as in the diagram. The full length is about 3 metres. The larger section at the top is about two metres by 1.15 metres. The narrow strip is about 3.7m by 0.7m. The other piece is a rectangle measuring 1.4 metres by 0.75 m, with just one tiny corner clipped off. The sizing is as accurate as I could manage but not guaranteed. Regards Margaret

- Bit of a long shot, maybe, but does anyone have 2 beaters that would fit a Tower electric hand mixer T12016. Both the beaters on mine have broken, but the mixer itself is fine - seems a pity to scrap it, but the replacement beaters are out of stock, and the manufacturers don't know when they'll be back in stock. - Recently found in our garage! A complete course consisting of audio cassettes and books/booklets. All in a carry case to keep it together. This assumes no prior knowledge of French at all… a beginner’s course but progressing to quite a high (at least GCSE) level at the end of 60 units. Approximately 30 years old so the materials won’t include references to modern technology or ways of life (eg prices are in francs and it says French TV has 3 channels!) but the whole kit seems to be in excellent condition. Of course you would need an audio cassette player to make use of this and those are no longer common but I am sure a few Freeglers would have one lying around…. If you are interested a mobile number to text regarding collection or possible delivery would be very helpful.
