- Well rotted and with bedding combined (haylage fine but no hay please!) Not freshly poo picked as will kill off new plants and introduce grass and weeds. Ive got a new build garden that completely bare and has rubbish clay soil so need a lot of it to rotivate in. Needed last week May/first week June. Or mid late June if no sooner.
