- We've had this Traeger for about 10 years - it has worked beautifully, but, now the auger doesn't seem to move the wood pellets into the hopper (to keep the flame going). Everything else works. Since we aren't very mechanically inclined, we decided to get a new one. My hope is someone would like to fix it, rather than this ending up in the metal recycling bin. NOTE**: I will be unable to gift this to someone until AFTER Memorial Day weekend**
