Good condition from smoke free home and only used 1 or 2 times a year. Minor tea stain on the cover (could wash out). Heavy, and will need 2 people, and a large car or van. Can be dismantled if you bring tools. Collection anytime asap. Fits under single or double bed but needs to be higher than 25cm
