- I rent one dreary room in a pretty old and awful apartment building on Capitol Hill. Landlord doesn't care about the state of the structure as long as he gets paid on time. Well, hey, it's all I can afford and I will make the best of it despite the drawbacks. I believe a few layers of a different color will cancel out the desperation and futility of past tenants. I'm not picky on shades - ahem, besides any variation of pink; I will enthusiastically entertain any offer that may come my way. Thanks!
