Emerson air conditioner (19095) 5d - Not sure of btu likey 5-8 suitable for one or two rooms. One expanding side panel torn. Can fit a piece of wood as necessary. 110v. 20" wide x 14 deep x 14 high. On third floor. Near jenkintown. Please bring some help to carry it downstairs. Tested it and it runs and gets cold.

IKEA MCM Loveseat (Rittenhouse Square Area) 9d - Hi All, I am giving away my love seat. Must be picked up tomorrow (Thursday, May 2) between 11am-6pm. The couch is in fine condition. Has some minor pilling on the right arm that could be easily removed with a de-piller (detailed image attached). Dimensions: Width: 63" Depth: 34" Height: 24" Please reach if you're interested and I will get in touch with more. Note: Couch is extremely comfortable, supportive cushions but still very soft. The only reason I'm giving it up is because I ordered a larger couch and don't have room for both in my house.
