Foot massager (needs work) (Avon st, Charlottesville)

This was an excellent foot massager when I bought it. Couldn’t find the cord for a year or two so I got a replacement and now it just blinks when I turn it on, can’t get it to do anything else and the customer service wont get back to me. It’s probably something very simple like a fuse, but I cant have it taking up space. The unit and cord are yours if you are handy enough to fix it.
