Low chair/dog bed, well kept (Avon st, Charlottesville)

48”x48” deep/wide, 16” seat and 24” back. Would make a really nice large dog bed or place to hangout with kids or person. We bought a living room set and are converting the bedroom to a nursery so this is in great clean condition, no spills or stains. We are the first owners and there are no flea/bedbug worries.
