Winter or rubber boots (Hintonburg)

I'm posting this on behalf of a senior with limited income. Her boots have leaks in them so she's hoping someone has a pair of winter boots or rubber boots, size 8.5 or 9.5. She lives in the Carlington area and travels by bus. Thanks for considering her request.
