Nordic walking poles (Edginswell TQ2)
Does anyone have any Nordic walking poles that they no longer use or didn't suit them? My back is causing me grief and I love to walk so I would like to try Nordic walking. It is supposed to help backs and other joints. Thanks for reading, Didi.
