A few mealworms, a little Revitalise D3 and some Reptile World pro-biotic Insect Grub.
All came in a fish tank I picked up this afternoon that had housed a reptile of some sort.
Going back to aquatic use, so no good to me.
If you can use them please be quick before my wife sees the worms!
