Dishwasher Indesit *faulty (ME1)

Last chance before I have to take it to landfill. Hope someone can fix it give it another life. Either just does a quick water cycle, doesn’t wash, doesn’t take the soap, or it sounds like it’s getting ready then pauses and continuously flashes lights 1 & 3, see photos for condition
