Not sure what the proper name is, but I'm on the lookout for one of these stationary cycling things for an elderly lady who needs exercise to improve her circulation to help heal a problem with her foot. Medics keep telling her to walk but there's a limited amount she can bear to do due to the foot problem - a catch 22!
