Free: GE Microwave and Trim Kit (near downtown Littleton) 30d - Black GE Model JES2051DN2BB, was told it needs a moisture sensor because it was working fine then just shut off. Someone with more patience than me could get this working. Also has the trim kit to allow installing in a cabinet, or can be used on a countertop.

Free: Couch with fold-out bed (Central Parker, Clarke Farms.) 31d - The couch is about 15 years old. It has been cleaned a few times in the past. There are no rips or tears that I can find. No stains. The trim is a nice nail-head. Would be great for a basement rec room, and also act as a back-up sleeping surface. It is heavy, and you will need to bring two strong people to move it.
