- Lovely old wooden mirror wardrobe with Charles Renley Macintosh style panels and large lower draw. Up cycling or restoration project. Could be lovely again. 199x92x42 cm Comes into 3 pieces. Has been stored under cover outside. For several months. While 'dry' it will need drying out before used for clothes. Mirror backing has delaminated. Some of the internal squaring pieces have become unstuck but have been retained. Would you be willing to give it some love and a new home?

- Faux Suede L-shaped 3-seater Sofa bed in Mushroom brown. The sofa has moved with us several times but is now a little too large for our space. (Dimensions in pics) Sofa in 2 sections. The bed extension piece is removable. The L has storage. Cushion fillings are foam and spun hollow fibre. Extends out to make a standard double. Fire label on the bottom of the L. Our cat liked to dig her claws in so there are claw marks on two corners (see pics) Comes from a smoke free and dog free home.

- Ideal standard close coupled toilet. Button flush cistern. Soft close seat. Cistern internals and bolts attached. Toilet uncoupled for ease of movement. Doughnut washer looks good but should probably be replaced. Cloakroom basin with vanity unit 40x30cm. All in white with tap and spring plug. No trap. Pipe cut outs on left side of vanity unit. All in good and working condition when taken out.
