Request: Garden rake for grass cuttings (Scotforth LA1) 51m - Looking for a garden rake, any will do for grass and leaves please, Will freegle back here once we move in 6 months so dont want to buy new. Electrical components check sticker says it expired April 2024 and it costs £70 to get a new certificate so wanting to rid of this to someone who can safety use it for parts or safely test and fix it for use . Free: Crutches for 1.6m and a shower leg cover (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 89d - Lightly used after a toe operation and the chemist said once sterilised can be re-used again. I've cleaned and sterilised it with alcohol. Purchased for about £20 so would hate to see it go to waste. Shower leg covers mid-calf and over toes, great thick quality plastic cover that keeps your bandages dry. Can deliver if you're local to LA1 and already immobile (we've been there!) Request: Pringles lids (Scotforth LA1) Expired 130d - I’m just looking for 6 pringles crisp lids if anyone eats pringles please. They fit perfectly over those Gu glass mini jar ramekins to make a storage container but now I’m diabetic I can’t consume Pringles (or Gu desserts for that matter but I just love the size of those ramekins. Could be used as a superfood or if you want to try cultivate some seeds to plant them? I know they’re a superfood (&can be quite pricey at some supermarkets) I’m used to the dried variety and unsure what to do with these fresh ones as I don’t have a dehydrator, & I can’t rely on the lancaster sunshine and they have a sour berry taste being fresh not dried (like a fresh berry taste as opposed to the sweet raisin taste when fruits are dried) Collect by this Friday 25th only or can drop off when running errands. Free: Knee roller exercise thing (Scotforth LA1) Expired 353d - Recommended by PT for runners knee and muscle tightness, but hardly used to deep tissue massage thighs, calves side hip or back Slight dent in it from incorrect storage in cupboard Collection south Hala, will leave this on and reply msgs when I can to give everyone a fair chance and hopefully give it to the person who needs it the most, doing a clear out Gaiam brand

Free: Temporary wardrobe (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 353d - Made of Black canvas, metal pipes and plastic connectors Pickup is at South Hala. I will wait for the weekend to allow everyone a fair go & goes to whoever needs it the most (also I may not reply right away as busy week) i will look for the instruction manual today. Easy to assemble and lightweight (portable) wardrobe. Kept our shirts&dresses wrinkle free until we had budget& time to build our permanent one. Due to its light weight it cannot handle 5 heavy coats and 20+ dresses/suits - though it is sturdy enough due to the canvas and metal rod tension and if it does start slanting to the side (approx every 6 months) it’s easily resolved! Would suit student or anyone in temporary accommodation. Can throw in some light weight black or turquoise plastic hangers we used for this (if you need) that I may have lying around as this thing cannot take wooden hangers. Free: Cream white Ikea Poang chair (w/o footstool) (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 1y - It's in good used condition, I'll give it a wash this weekend so it's ready for collection next week sometime in South Hala area. This doesn't come with the footstool. Colour is cream white. About 8 years old from IKEA. Comes assembled. Getting rid of it as no space for it. As I don't check this everyday and assume other won't, fairness applies, to allow people to respond over the weekend. Thanks.

Request: Sanding paper, 120-180 grit & 320 (Scotforth LA1) Expired 1y - Anyone got either - old individual sheets of sanding paper lying around? Preferably 120-180 grit and a 320 grit. (Individual sheets for manual hand sanding using a block) - Or an old sanding machine with sanding attachments they don't use anymore? (will be re-freegled after use as no storage space) I just need it for one small drawer repainting project. Can pick up around LA1 and Morecambe. It still works! Unfortunately I only make small batches & the metal bowl is quite deep for bigger batches/cake mixes so the beaters don’t reach the bottom of it if I’m doing a bit of whipped cream/macarons etc. (sorry not pictured as being washed)

Free: Bidet attachment to toilet - used for cloth diapering (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 1y - Used only for 6months . It’s a US toilet adapter Bidet- but unfortunately cannot be attached to our rental’s toilet as it’s not a stand-alone (is boxed into the vanity) even if we got the Uk adapter fixture. I’m not sure what toilets it goes with but it works with most American style toilets and was super easy to install. May need additional parts depending on type of toilet fixture you have Purchased from Amazon USA, didn’t have any leaks! Perfect pressure for cloth diapering cleaning and is in clean excellent condition. Includes brass sprayer bidet nozzle, spiral metal hose, sprayer holster fixture mounting clip, 2rubber washers and a 3way valve with shut off. hopefully someone with plumbing expertise can make use of this so it doesn’t go to thelandfill. Smoke and pet free home(not sure if that matters, but fyi)

Free: Programmable Mechanical Timer Plug Switch, Energy Saving UK (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 1y - Used twice to put timed-lamps on while I was living with parents during covid. I never know how to program these, and only my renter knew how to get it to work. Collect or will be going to electronics recycling soon. Will be re-Freegled once we move to new offices (with central heating) Free: Glass baubles (various sizes and colours) (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 1y - Decorative Glass baubles , see pictures- wine glass not included only showing for size) purchased from the US Georgetown store ‘Crate and Barrel’ Hard to describe but there are -6 medium sized multicolored ones in box This was used for a modern Christmas wreath (pictured for reference - the fairy lights, wreath & sofa not included) orange one has the glass hook broken but can glue another hook for hanging. - 1 large and 4 medium mix of neutral clear/grey/hazel toned glass balls, some have hooks (one broken hook) for fishing line, the large one and the medium clear one does not have hooks. I used to put these in decorative bowls (bowl not included) for a quirky modern bubble look. Pick up near Hala.

Free: Hoover H-free200 cordless vacuum (Works but incorrect parts) (Scotforth LA1) Gifted 1y - Hi there, Offering a Hoover Cordless Vac H3000, purchased from Argos in 2020 and only used for the year of 2021 (we were in lockdown elsewhere). There are two parts that don't fit like a shoe on it (ordered direct from Hoover) ~ The sweeper brush and the plastic filter hub cover Still has suction however the hub doesn't fit properly and spins out. Perhaps someone with more Electrical/DIY knowledge can give it a 2nd life before it ends up in landfill. It comes with spare filter, original box and 3 assessories (that I forgot about and subsequently has not been used). Pickup in LA1.
