- Six Sansevierias, newly propagated and watered and yet to establish. They should only be watered again when the compost has dried out; I recommend using a soil moisture meter. Once established, these houseplants need little care and should only be watered once a month from April to September and once every two months from October to March. They can cope in poor light but prefer brighter locations, including full sun. Only repot when the plant has filled its pot. They can be collected from my front doorstep during the day this week, preferably this weekend. When replying, please say how many plants you would like. Neil Forsyth

- My mattress for the last 3 years. Has had a mattress protector so it's in good condition. The close up photos are from the side against the wall. Vesgantti Pro Hybrid Mattress--10.3 Inch Euro(Box) Top Mattress Series - 4FT Small Double/120*190*26cm × 1 Frame was custom built by a local carpenter I found on Nextdoor. If anyone can take these you'd be doing me a huge favour! They're not needed at my new place otherwise I would've carried on using. Seems a waste to go to the tip.

- THis is quite old, a bit battered, but it would be fine with some tlc. It would need some repairs and new roof felt. It is dismantled ready for moving . Van or trailor needed. Easy access for pick up - time flexible. The bits are not super-heavy, but the larger bits need two people to sensibly move. I can help load at this end. Size wise it is more or less 2 m square, but with one corner 'cut off'. (Chairs not included). Needs to be gone asap
