- Brolly sheets single 4.5 tog synthetic duvet with waterproof sheet that velcros on to the duvet. Both fit in the washing machine and dry really quickly. Slightly stained but clean and lots of life left in it. This was a life saver for us - easy to wash and dry and wasn't like sleeping in a sweaty crisp bag.

- This bookcase has been painted with chalk furniture paint but needs either sanding back to the original wood or repainting as it's quite grubby. It has one fixed shelf and two adjustable ones. I haven't got all the shelf supports but standard I Ikea type ones fit perfectly. It's just been hit by a sudden shower so apologies for the extra dirt. Its 108cm high, 24cm deep at the bottom, 21cm deep at the top, and 76cm wide. Very sturdy.

Road bike (brand: Giant) (Kennington OX1)

- A well loved city road bike, odd but comfy style of handlebar. The front derailleur has snapped recently so it'll need a new one or just ride it on the middle chainring of the crankset (as I did) or get a different crankset altogether. The saddle can do with a clean and the tyres with a pump. It has been used by a man and then a woman, I'd say it's probably a medium size frame. It comes with or without the basket. NOTE: This bicycle is in the bike register. When you pick it up I will scrap it, or I can pass the property to you (but you'll need to give me your e-mail address).
