An as new fire alarm. Fitted by the Fire Brigade about 3 months ago and just replaced as part of building works. It's got a 10 year battery on it and says it needs replacing in January 2033 (10 yrs from manufacture, not fitting). Perfect for anyone who doesn't have one./has an older one

Electric Range Cooker, Including Induction Hob (Benenden TN17)
Cream and black in colour. Both ovens work well as does the grill. The induction has 5 rings, 4 of which work fine. The remaining ring has a control from 0-9, and it will switch itself off if you go to maximum heat i.e. 9. Heat from 0-8 works fine. The drawer under the oven has dropped slightly due to worn runners which are available on line. Maximum width is 110cm Maximum depth is 67cm Maximum height is 106 cm (Hob is at the standard 90cm height).

Desktop slots on top of shelves and rests on top of pedestal whose position can vary to fit the location. Preferably to collect Saturday, or Sunday evening. Two persons probably required to lift into vehicle as top quite heavy
