- Low shelf unit, fairly good condition but needs a lick of paint. 95cms across, 22cms deep at base, 76cms high. It is upstairs in an attic space so you need two strong people to manoeuvre it down. Please state days of the week and times when you could collect and remember to be polite.

- This has been used opened out as a work table. The glossy side is also scratched so it's probably only usable as a work table elsewhere. When closed it measures 98cms across, 60cms deep and 74cms high. When open, twice the size and only 72cms high. It is heavy and awkward and upstairs in an attic space so you need two strong people to manoeuvre it down. Please state days of the week and times when you could collect and remember to be polite.

- Well-loved and used small chair. Back needs reupholstering, rattan seat sagging a little and could be replaced. Some damage underneath on one leg joint. (Condition as shown in pictures). Seat height approx 36cms, Back height approx 70cms. Would suit someone who could give it a new home and is looking for a project for restoration or Upcycling. Don't want to put in landfill.
