I am looking to upcycle old doors or a smoothish sheet of wood (suggest 28mm min.) into two doors for a garden room (2 x 800 x 1540mm).
Needs to be as near as possible to 800mm wide, height at least 1540mm. I can cut the wood down, but any glazing cant be cut of course. My woodworking skills are basic, so don't really want to plane the long edges.
I do have OSB (Stranded board) but if you have large offcuts of say, MDF, that might be a better option.
Appreciate your help. I'm in Riddlesdown (Purley).
