Yard Attention Grabbers (Near 55th & Cass, will travel)

It's my son's birthday on Saturday. I'd love to load the yard with dancing air dancers, balloons, whatever I can to have people honk and wish him a happy birthday. I'll travel & pick up and return ASAP. It's a crappy time for a kid to have a birthday & I'd love to make this as special as I can.
