A boot load of Algerian Iris, Curtin #photo-notice

I've dug out about 5 x 1 m of Algerian Iris, which was impinging on my pathway. It's in a mixture of largish clumps (50 x 50 cm) down to individual bulbs. They're very hardy, just stick them in the ground, water them in, and that's it. Forever. Great understory/ground cover/weed suppressant. If you spread them out you could easily fill in 20 square meters of ground, after a year or two's growth.
