4-person tent (sleeps 2 adults comfortably), with rainfly and stakes. Floor measures 9ft x 8ft, is 4ft tall at the highest point, and the whole thing weighs about 10 pounds. Hasn't been used for a couple years and you'd probably want to re-seal seams before taking it out in the rain, but other than that it's in good condition. Pick up in SE near Potomac Ave metro station.
