Kombucha (Kenn Road BS21)

It's a bit of the fungus/culture I'd like, so as to start off a bowl of the nutritious liquid. I am having to take antibiotics at the moment, which as well as killing off an infection, also kills the microbiome ie all the good gut bacteria. Kombucha is one of the best things for a healthy gut microbiome. Thank you.
