I was offered this beautiful high chair through Freegle but unfortunately I misjudged the space I'd need for it (currently looking for a foldable one).
It's got 7 different settings including swing mode, reclining, and the tray also has 2 settings. it does come apart so it's easy to transport by car. Not sure about bus but I could try to deliver if you're not too far away.
