Double futon with metal frame that converts into a bed or low couch. 56 inch wide x 79 inch long (142 x 200 cm); as a bed the frame is 6 inch/15cm off the ground plus the depth of the futon. The removable cover is very thick cotton and badly faded on the top side but not the reverse. The futon has some lumps from being used as a couch without doing the maintenance to redistribute the filling. 1990s from John Lewis with no fire safety certificate. The frame could easily be used with a new futon and cover if desired. It disassembles into three flat pieces (using an allen key) to make it easier to transport.
We found it very comfortable as a bed, less so as a couch, but children didn't seem to mind.
