Car bumper reinforcing strut (Crewe CW2)

Just been clearing the junk that was down the side of our garage when we moved in.
I’ve been told this is a reinforcing strut from a bumper, no clue what car, but maybe someone can use it for something else. Otherwise it will have to go the tip.
