Roofing felt or carpet underlay off-cuts (Comeytrowe CP TA1)

Apparently small discs of roofing felt or carpet underlay around the bast of brassicas stops cabbage root fly laying eggs. Does anyone have any small pieces of roofing felt or carpet underlay please?
