knee scooter (Mansfield)

Trying to find one of these for a friend without medical insurance. She is also trying Mission Arlington and Mansfield Mission center. If anyone has one or has other ideas where she might get one, that would be much appreciated. Obviously other medical bills are needing to be paid at the same time, so trying to find someone to help her out. THanks much.
