I really have no idea what this is. It's about 3.5" in diameter, and maybe 2.5" high. It plugs in but also has a place for a battery on the underside. Looks like something you'd use to display a small collectible / statue / whatever. I suppose it could be used as a sort of night light. I don't know where I got it or why I still have it. But I'm sure there is someone who will want it!
