murphy or space saving bed,any size (Magnolia)

We are looking for a murphy or any space saving bed, any size......-( We must leave our apt because rent is being increased, and we will need to find a much, much smaller place to live. The bed must be clean and come from smoke and pet free home ............sorry to be picky, I deal with allergies Thank you so much!
