Child's wooden Playhouse, about 8 years old, in pretty good condition, some water damage on floor and roof felt has been repaired, but essentially sound. You would need to come prepared with tools to take apart and remove. You are welcome to also take the base slabs. I have the original instructions! I would need a couple of days notice as it's currently full of stuff!
