Alto sax (West Concord)

Hi - I’m Looking for an Alto Saxophone in playable condition; a section of my 6th grade son’s sax just broke and I wanted to check here in case someone had one laying around they wanted to get rid of for a reasonable amount. I am hoping not to have to buy a sax for the last 20 days of school. Thanks so much. Any leads on places to check are also appreciated.
