Machine is BROKEN and a professional said it likely can't be fixed bc it uses a sort of mechanism that was only used in this one machine. The problem is that the wheel goes around only when the needle is disabled (as if to wind a bobbin) -- when enabled, it goes around 95% but stops before making a full revolution.
BUT the cabinet is in excellent condition and you can use it as a cabinet.
