Rusted top and needs some cleaning, but drawers work smoothly even with a lot of weight. Setup for hanging files. If you don't need it to be beautiful this is a good file cabinet. You can simply cover the top, or sand & paint it if you're ambitious. I can probably come up with some hanging files also if you'd like.
