Old 1980s GI Joe doll (Brooklyn)

this is an old 1980s Duke GI Joe doll the two hands and part of the arm is missing I found him a long time ago I know he's a collector's item he needs a lot of TLC his hair has to be fixed a little bit better he's dirty come down below he needs to be fixed with his left foot he's a collectible figure he's Duke I know that there's people out there who love these collectible GI joes so I like to give my collectible one to somebody who really would like to fix them up
