plastic basketball hoop (Old Ottawa South)

for children, is up tp 6 feet high, NO NET, can move up or down to desired height and lock it there, we used it for years in this position for hanging basket but it can lock to regular basket position for playing basketball, just fill the base with water to make it heavy and steady (we drained it for transport and the round hoop in natural colour and material is just resting on it, not a part of it)
