cooker in good working order (Hillmorton CV21)

cooker all in good working order , just wants a clean can deliver for fuel cost but i cannot lift , it will need 2 people to lift and i live in a 2 story flat so needs to be lifted down a flight of stairs but not many steps. i can transport but who ever is lifting it will have to come with me .
