Bike (needs work) (Belmont)

I have had this bike for many years, it is sturdy but needs to be taken to the shop. I am 5'4 and I fit well on this bike. One of the breaks does not work. The tires are in good shape, the gears are fine. I also have a bike rack for cars, it fits the kind of car that has a trunk, not a hatchback. Prefer if you take both.
