Jerusalem artichokes (boro West Chester)

Jerusalem artichokes are a tuber. They are edible although I have never eaten any. Grow tall like a sunflower and brightens the end of the summer garden with many yellow flowers. Please bring a shovel, I have leaf bag you can put the tubers in. Not difficult to dig up however, I walk with a cane and because of balance can not dig for you. There are "new" tubers still small in size to add to your garden and you can also have some of the more mature tubers.
