12 inch flat stainless steel shower head, some small marks but overall good condition.
We used this for ages with no problems then the room was unoccupied for several months and when next used the water initially had some brown rust stains. When this was flushed through it came out clear again but despite being stainless steel these are in my opinion only good for showers in regular use to avoid this problem.
