I ordered and used these various helium balloons. Then, I used a hard plastic straw to let the air out of them for use again later. If you didn't know it, you can totally do this to save money on party supplies or to keep a special balloon. My mom taught me this trick. ;) I am going through my balloon stash and getting rid of these. To my knowledge, they are all free of holes and ready to be used again. The dump truck is actually not a helium balloon, but one that you blow up with your mouth. Then it can be used as a decoration. SEVERAL of these balloons are the huge ones, very nice 2-3' tall.
