Does NOT currently function.
I used a trickle charger a while back to charge batteries and they held a charge. When charger cable is plugged in unit indicates is charged or charging but does not. Hand unit does not turn on. I believe hand unit ( brain box) needs work or replaced. Someone suggested a fuse or reset button could be the issue but I have not located such a thing. I was going to try and repair but have given up and simply want it gone. There is decorative duct tape on arms. And I have different colored panels for it. FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.
