big clock frame (Old Ottawa South)

19 1/2 inch inner diameter, 24 inches outer diameter, 2 1/2 inches deep/high, the storm blew off the big outdoor clock from my house, the glass broke but the black, plastic frame remained unbroken, maybe for crafts ? or something ?
