Sat Nav (Knighton LD7)

I'm looking for a Sat Nav as AA and RAC routefinder's details are not good for me as I am Autistic and would find a Sat Nav better for me. If anyone has a recent one with all connections for a cigarette lighter it would be much appreciated.
