Drawer Runner (Crewe)

Does anyone happen to have a drawer runner like the 1 in the picture. It is from some flat pack furniture from MFI many years ago although I know that some Argos flat pack furniture uses the same style. It doesn't screw in ,it just pushes in place with the 3 lugs. I took 1 out to glue as it was broken, but now I can't find it anywhere so can't put the drawer back in.
