Culvert Remnant (Woodstock, NY)

Looking for a culvert remnant to use as a "cap"for my septic tank so I don't have to dig it out each time its cleaned. Must be heavy duty so I can place a slab of blue stone on top. I'm looking for approximately 8 inch length piece of 2 foot diameter culvert remnant ... metal or HDPE. Thanks for your consideration.
